Neighborhood Impact of the Proposed Jollyville Water Transmission Main
The City of Austin has proposed construction of a water transmission main at the corner of Old Lampasas Trail and Spicewood Springs Road as part of its plan to build Water Treatment Plant #4. The construction of an open shaft at this location will impact all residents with additional construction traffic and noise, so it is important that we are informed on this issue, find out how this will affect us, and make sure that our concerns are addressed.
Read what our MNA community, the City of Austin and others have to say on this important issue in the following letter from MNA President Eric Deal and in the attached documents. The Austin Water Treatment Plant 4 website is here.
